Packing, Marking and Shipping a. No charge shall be made by Seller for packaging or storage unless specified on the face of this AGREEMENT.

Packing, Marking and Shipping. Shipments shall be routed in accordance with MBExTra’s instructions, and unless otherwise specified by MBExTra, shipments shall be delivered F.O.B. Buyer’s dock, 0 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000. Supplier agrees to reimburse MBExTra for all expenses incurred by XXXxXxx as a result of improper packing, marking or routing. MBExTra’s purchase order number and part number and Supplier’s shipment identification number shall appear on each package and bill of lading. Items for two or more of MBExTra’s locations shall be shipped in separate packages for the different locations. Shipments in excess of those authorized may be returned to Supplier, and Supplier shall pay the transportation charges both ways for such shipments. MBExTra may at any time and from time to time change shipping schedules previously furnished to Supplier, or direct temporary suspension of scheduled shipments. MBExTra’s count will be accepted as final on all shipments. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by XXXxXxx, no charge shall be made by Supplier for containers, crating, packing, boxing, bundling, dunnage, drayage, or storage.
Packing, Marking and Shipping. All goods shall be suitably packed using best commercial practices, marked and shipped in a manner to adequately protect the goods in shipment and to secure lowest transportation costs unless otherwise specified by Buyer in this Order. Packing slips shall be placed in each shipment and the Order number shall be referenced on the packing slip. No packing or related charges shall be allowed except where specifically agreed and a line item is provided in this Order for such charges. Seller shall provide Buyer prior written notice if it requires Buyer to return any packaging material, and the return of any such packaging material shall be made at Seller’s expense.

Packing, Marking and Shipping. The Supplier shall follow all applicable transportation regulations and good commercial practice for protection to preserve, package and contain shipments in order to prevent deterioration and damage during shipping. For hazardous materials, the Supplier shall follow applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations for the packaging, labeling, transportation and shipping of such items. XXXXX specific instructions for packaging and shipping shall be flowed down in the purchase order as needed. The use of newsprint for packaging is prohibited. Damage resulting from improper packing or shipping will be charged to the Supplier.
Packing, Marking and Shipping. 2.1 All Goods shall be packaged, marked and prepared for shipment in the manner which is specified in the Order, provided that to the extent no specific manner is set forth in the Order, then: (a) in accordance with good commercial practice, (b) acceptable to common carriers for shipment at the lowest rate for the particular Goods and in accordance with applicable UCC regulations, (c) in accordance with the current edition of PTI’s packaging standards, and (d) adequate to ensure safe arrival of Goods at the named destination. Country of origin shall be documented, including code section references for U.S. goods, and appropriate labels.
