Release Order definition

Release Order means an individual order for Work issued by Princeton University pursuant to the terms, conditions, and pricing established in a BOA. Each individual Release Order is a binding, individual contract and will reference and incorporate the terms and conditions of this BOA (subject to any modifications set forth therein) and specify the scope of Work, delivery schedule, fixed or not-to-exceed price, and funding encumbrance for the individual Release Order. Release Order means any individual release order issued pursuant to the terms of a Purchase Order and may describe specific products or services to be provided and other terms pertaining to that release.
Release Order or “RO” means an individual order for Services issued by Princeton University pursuant to the terms, conditions, and pricing established in a BOA. Each individual Release Order is a binding contractual instrument and will reference and incorporate the terms and conditions of this BOA and specify the scope of work, delivery schedule, fixed or not-to-exceed price, and funding encumbrance for the individual Release Order.
