TRANSPORTATION REGULATIONS. Transportation regulations, as printed in the Bus Driver’s Manual of Rules and Regulations, and approved by the Superintendent of Designee, shall be maintained in an up-to-date manner and shall be used as the basis for operation in the Xxxx Schools Transportation Department. The Bus Drivers’ Manual of Rules shall not conflict with the negotiated agreement.

TRANSPORTATION REGULATIONS. 3.26.1. With regard to all aspects of the transportation service, it is recognized that Company operates a local distribution system, and, accordingly, all provisions hereof having to do with transportation of gas and the charge therefore, including Company's obligation to transport gas at all, are subject and subordinate to the provisions of any certificates and rate schedules issued by or filed with the Commission or successor authority, as well as any and all local, state and federal laws, orders, rules and regulations, to the extent applicable to the transportation of gas by Company, as contemplated hereby. To the extent that any local, state or federal authorization and/or approval is required to provide such transportation service, Company will proceed with due diligence to seek to obtain same as and when necessary in such manner as Company considers to be appropriate, provided that due diligence will not obligate Company to accept conditions or rates otherwise unacceptable to Company.
TRANSPORTATION REGULATIONS. 6.071 Extra Routes - Extra routes are to be taken by assigned drivers on a yearly basis unless it conflicts with regular route time.
