OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. 9.01 The Board will prepare a Roster of names of Occasional Teachers who have been accepted by the Board for teaching assignments. The automated call system/school administrator shall call, for teaching assignments, occasional teachers from the Occasional Teacher Roster provided by the Board. Should an individual not on the Occasional Teacher Roster be employed, the administrator shall inform Human Resources Services and Union President on the same day.

OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER as outlined in Article L11, means a list of all occasional teachers who have been accepted by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board to teach as occasional teachers in the secondary panel of the Board.
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. 11.01 (a) The Occasional Teacher Roster shall consist of an “A” List and a “B” List. The total complement of the “A” List shall be limited to 315. Any member who is on the “A” List upon ratification of this contract shall remain on the “A” List. The number of Occasional Teachers on the “A” List shall, through attrition, be fifteen (15) percent of the total full time equivalent (FTE) number of the Board’s elementary and secondary teachers as of September 30th of each year.
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. (a) To be eligible for inclusion on the Occasional Teacher Roster, and in order to accept assignments as an Occasional Teacher for the Board, an Occasional Teacher must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. Before receiving an assignment with the Board, an Occasional Teacher shall be added to the Occasional Teacher Roster.
