OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. 13.01 The Occasional Teacher Roster shall be broken down by secondary school and shall provide the following information for each Occasional Teacher:
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER a) The Occasional Teacher Roster shall include the following information for each occasional teacher: • Occasional teacher’s full name; • Date of hire to the Roster; • A summary of the occasional teacher’s teaching experience;
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. 9.01 The Board will prepare a Roster of names of Occasional Teachers who have been accepted by the Board for teaching assignments. The automated call system/school administrator shall call, for teaching assignments, occasional teachers from the Occasional Teacher Roster provided by the Board. Should an individual not on the Occasional Teacher Roster be employed, the administrator shall inform Human Resources Services and Union President on the same day.
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. 12.01 The Board shall establish an Occasional Teachers' Roster. This roster shall mean the total of any sub-rosters kept by the Board's Human Resources Department.
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER a) The Occasional Teacher Roster is maintained by the Board, and is a list of all qualified Teachers who have been hired by the Board to teach as Occasional Teachers in the Secondary Panel. The Occasional Teacher Roster includes Occasional Teachers on the “Active” list and the “Excess” list. The Occasional Teacher Roster, and associated Regional Lists, shall be in chronological order by date based on the Occasional Teacher’s most recent date of hire to the Occasional Teacher Roster. The Occasional Teacher Roster shall be subdivided into three regional lists:
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. 9.1 In accordance with the directives from the Board, the Occasional Teacher shall submit to the Board all required documents at time of hiring.
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. L8.01 The Board shall maintain a qualified Occasional Teacher Roster and an Unqualified Occasional Teacher List. Unqualified Teachers will only be used in accordance with the Education Act and its regulations and the College of Teachers Act.
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER as outlined in Article L11, means a list of all occasional teachers who have been accepted by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board to teach as occasional teachers in the secondary panel of the Board.
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. 11.01 (a) The Occasional Teacher Roster shall consist of an “A” List and a “B” List. The total complement of the “A” List shall be limited to 315. Any member who is on the “A” List upon ratification of this contract shall remain on the “A” List. The number of Occasional Teachers on the “A” List shall, through attrition, be fifteen (15) percent of the total full time equivalent (FTE) number of the Board’s elementary and secondary teachers as of September 30th of each year.
OCCASIONAL TEACHER ROSTER. (a) To be eligible for inclusion on the Occasional Teacher Roster, and in order to accept assignments as an Occasional Teacher for the Board, an Occasional Teacher must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. Before receiving an assignment with the Board, an Occasional Teacher shall be added to the Occasional Teacher Roster.
