The Ottawa. Carleton District School Board recognises the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation as the bargaining agent for all occasional teachers employed by the Board in the secondary panel.
The Ottawa. Carleton District School Board regular day school teachers' seniority list shall be rank ordered in accordance with Articles 22.02 and 22.03 such that the most senior Bargaining Unit member is first on the list and the most junior is last on the list.
