Obligations of School. 1. School will establish Course and Practicum Description, including guidelines for Student eligibility, the provision of classroom theory and practical instruction, and ensure that all Students meet eligibility requirements prior to Program participation.

Obligations of School. The School shall for its participation in this cooperative storm water project, transfer the Parcel to the District pursuant to the Transfer Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B, and incorporated herein by reference. The School will have no responsibility beyond the transfer of the Parcel with regard to the Project. The District shall be solely responsible for any necessary demolition of buildings or other improvements upon the Parcel in order to construct the Project.

School shall permit only Students who are enrolled in or have completed the appropriate coursework necessary for the placement and who have knowledge and skills appropriate for the placement to participate in the educational experience. Students must have appropriate training, education, skills, and level of professionalism to participate in the educational experience. Students must be physically able to perform the duties necessary to complete the assigned experience. TCH may refuse placement to any Student who does not meet these qualifications. Use for Nurse Practitioner (“NP”) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (“APRN”) students: School shall require Students possess a registered nurse license and maintain a current and valid license to practice in the State of Texas. School shall permit only Students who are enrolled in or have completed the appropriate coursework necessary for the placement and who have knowledge and skills appropriate for the placement to participate in the educational experience. Students must have appropriate training, education, skills, and level of professionalism to participate in the educational experience. Obligations of School. A. Maintain liability insurance coverage for this program. School shall defend, indemnify and hold Assistance League harmless against all claims other than as set forth in 2.D. above.
