No Unauthorized Representations. Except as explicitly provided hereunder, neither Party may make any representation or statement of any kind concerning the other Party, the relationship between the Parties or the contents of this Agreement, including representations or statements concerning the other Party’s business, affairs, products, services, prices, discounts, fees, whether on a Party’s web site(s), whether written, oral or otherwise without the prior authorization of the other Party.
No Unauthorized Representations. No Person acting on behalf of Landlord is authorized to make, and by execution hereof, Tenant acknowledges that no Person has made, any representation, agreement, statement, warranty, guarantee or promise regarding the Premises, the Premises or the transactions contemplated in this Lease or the past, present or future zoning, land use entitlements, construction, physical condition, presence or extent of Hazardous Substances or other status of the Premises except as may be expressly set forth in this Lease. No representation, warranty, agreement, statement, guarantee or promise, if any, made by any Person acting on behalf of Landlord that is not contained in this Lease will be valid or binding on Landlord.
No Unauthorized Representations. The client will make no representations or warranties on behalf of Equifax or relating to the Pre-Qualification Information except as authorized in writing by Equifax. Upon request, Client will provide its terms and conditions of use applicable to pre-qualifications to Equifax for review.
No Unauthorized Representations. No Person acting on behalf of the City is authorized to make, and by execution hereof, Developer acknowledges that no Person has made, any representation, agreement, statement, warranty, guarantee or promise regarding the Property, the Project or the transactions contemplated in this Agreement or the past, present or future zoning, land use entitlements, construction, physical condition, presence or extent of Hazardous Materials or other status of the Property except as may be expressly set forth in this Agreement or in any of the Other Agreements. No representation, warranty, agreement, statement, guarantee or promise, if any, made by any Person acting on behalf of the City that is not contained in this Agreement or in any of the Other Agreements will be valid or binding on the City. Nothing in this Section is intended to affect in any manner the validity of the Entitlements and Development Permits obtained by Developer with respect to the Property.

No Unauthorized Representations. Licensee shall not make any claims or representations regarding the performance, adequacy, capabilities or other aspects of the System or the Services to any customer except as are expressly permitted by Licensor in writing.
No Unauthorized Representations. Broker will make no representations or warranties on behalf of Equifax or relating to the Credit Information except as authorized in writing by Equifax. Broker’s current terms and conditions of use applicable to the Products are attached hereto as Exhibit C (Broker Terms and Conditions). Broker will not modify such terms and conditions in a manner that alters Broker’s compliance with its obligations under applicable law, including without limitation, consumer financial protection law.
No Unauthorized Representations. Licensee will not make any representation or statement of any kind concerning the Services or the Antenna Technology without the prior written authorization of Antenna.
No Unauthorized Representations. Distributor agrees to make no representation, guaranties or warranties concerning the Products which have not been authorized in writing by Company, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Company harmless from and against any and all damages or expenses, in- cluding reasonable attorney fees, incurred directly or indirectly as a result of a breach of this section. This obligation shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
