The Distributor agrees and shall ensure that the Publisher ensures that no personally identifiable information (personal data), including but not limited to log-ins recorded in system logs, IP addresses of patrons accessing the system, saved searches, any identification data, usernames and passwords, will be shared with third parties, except in cases required or allowed by the applicable law, particularly by the Data Protection Law (as specified in Section 16.1 of this Agreement).
