No Unauthorized Representations. Except as explicitly provided hereunder, neither Party may make any representation or statement of any kind concerning the other Party, the relationship between the Parties or the contents of this Agreement, including representations or statements concerning the other Party’s business, affairs, products, services, prices, discounts, fees, whether on a Party’s web site(s), whether written, oral or otherwise without the prior authorization of the other Party.
