No Subcontracting or Assignment. The Supplier shall not subcontract or assign the whole or any part of the Contract or any monies due under it without the prior written consent of the Board. In the event that Contractor consents to Subcontractor subcontracting or delegating any of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, as a condition to such consent, Subcontractor must enter into a written agreement with such third party containing provisions consistent with this Agreement, in Contractor’s sole discretion. Subcontractor shall not assign any part of this Agreement or any other Contract Document or any part thereof, including any Statement of Work, without the prior written consent of Contractor.
