No Subcontracting or Assignment. The Supplier shall not subcontract or assign the whole or any part of the Contract or any monies due under it without the prior written consent of the Board. Such consent shall be in the sole discretion of the Board and subject to the terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Board. Without limiting the generality of the conditions which the Board may require prior to consenting to the Supplier’s use of a subcontractor, every contract entered into by the Supplier with a subcontractor shall adopt all of the terms and conditions of this Contract as far as applicable to those parts of the Deliverables provided by the subcontractor.
