No Ownership Rights. The Product is being licensed, not sold. Comodo retains all ownership rights in and to the Product, including any intellectual property rights therein.

No Ownership Rights. The Trust acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall transfer to the Trust or the Funds any title to, or any right or interest in, any Indexes or Index Trademarks, and that all rights to or in the Indexes or the Index Trademarks are reserved to FTSE.
No Ownership Rights. A Participant has no ownership rights with respect to any investment of his Account. Nothing contained in this Article may be construed to give any Participant any power or control to make investment directions or otherwise influence in any manner the investment and reinvestment of assets contained within any investment alternative, such control being at all times retained in the full discretion of the Committee. As a consequence, for example, if a Participant has elected to invest a portion of his Account in Apache stock, the Participant has no voting rights with respect to that stock.
No Ownership Rights. Nothing in this Voting Agreement shall be considered to vest in Parent or MergerSub any direct or indirect ownership or incidence of ownership of any of the Direct Shares, Indirect Shares, Voting Trust Shares or Irrevocable Trust Shares.

This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights to you and gives you only a limited license to use the Services during the term of the Agreement. Comodo may pursue all legal remedies for use of the Services in violation of this Agreement. No license is granted herein to resell, create derivative works, reverse engineer, repackage, or modify the Services. Use of the Services within your commercial enterprise for internal purposes is expressly allowed.
No Ownership Rights. Prior to the vesting of the Performance Award, the Participant shall not have any rights with respect to the shares of Common Stock represented by the Performance Award hereunder including the right to vote the shares of Common Stock and the right to receive any dividends.

Any use of Software by any other person, business, corporation, government organization or any other entity is strictly forbidden and is a violation of this Software License Agreement.
