Index Trademarks Sample Clauses

The Index Trademarks clause defines the rights and restrictions related to the use of trademarks associated with a specific index, such as the name, logo, or other identifying marks. Typically, this clause outlines who may use the index trademarks, under what circumstances, and for what purposes—such as in marketing materials, product names, or financial instruments referencing the index. By clearly specifying these terms, the clause helps prevent unauthorized or misleading use of the index's branding, thereby protecting the trademark owner's intellectual property and ensuring consistent, accurate representation of the index in the marketplace.
