No Amendments, Terminations or Waivers. 10.10.1 Borrower will not amend, supplement or otherwise modify, whether by change order or otherwise, any of the terms and conditions of any of the Architects' Contracts or the Construction Contracts, without in each case Agent's prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and in the case of the Construction Contracts, without the prior approval of any surety or surety companies issuing any Payment and Performance Bonds (if required thereunder).
