Third Party Consent definition

Third Party Consent means any Consent of a Person other than a Governmental Authority.
Third Party Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.
Third Party Consent means a consent, licence, approval, authorisation or waiver required from a third party for the conveyance, transfer, assignment or novation in favour of the Multi-Academy Trust of any of the Assets or Contracts;

Examples of Third Party Consent in a sentence

  • If the Parties fail to obtain any such Third Party Consent or Governmental Authorization prior to the Effective Time, the matter shall be dealt with in the manner set forth in Article III.

  • The Seller shall deliver to the Purchaser, on Closing or, if later, as soon as possible after receipt, any Third Party Consent.
