Continuing Effect; No Other Amendments. Except as expressly amended or waived hereby, all of the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are and shall remain in full force and effect. The amendments and waivers contained herein shall not constitute an amendment or waiver of any other provision of the Credit Agreement or the other Loan Documents or for any purpose except as expressly set forth herein.

The amendments provided for herein are limited to the specific subsections of the Credit Agreement specified herein and shall not constitute an amendment of, or an indication of the Administrative Agent’s or the Lenders’ willingness to amend or waive, any other provisions of the Credit Agreement or the same subsections for any other date or purpose. The Third Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.
Continuing Effect; No Other Amendments. This Amendment shall not constitute an amendment or waiver of or consent to any provision of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents not expressly referred to herein and shall not be construed as an amendment, waiver or consent to any action on the part of any of the Borrowers that would require an amendment, waiver or consent of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders except as expressly stated herein. Except as expressly amended hereby, the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their terms. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

Except as expressly set forth in this First Amendment, all of the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement are and shall remain in full force and effect and Holdings and the Borrower shall continue to be bound by all of such terms and provisions. The amendments provided for herein are limited to the specific subsections of the Credit Agreement specified herein and shall not constitute an amendment of, or an indication of the Administrative Agent's or the Lenders' willingness to amend or waive, any other provisions of the Credit Agreement or the same subsections for any other date or purpose. The First Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

Except to the extent expressly stated herein, all of the terms and provisions of the Liquidity Agreement and the other Program Documents are and shall remain in full force and effect and are not waived in any respect. This Amendment shall constitute a Program Document.
