Negotiation Pay Provisions. Representatives of the Union shall not suffer any loss of pay or benefits for total time involved in negotiations with the Employer. This clause shall apply for a maximum of one (1) person per Centre, and two (2) if the President of the Local is an Employee of the Centre.
