Modifications to Scope of Work. 1) If either Party proposes to change the scope or nature of the SOW, then it shall provide a written Change Request to the other Party’s Project Manager. The Change Request must provide the information regarding the change comparable to the detail originally included in the SOW.

Modifications to Scope of Work. The Owner shall be entitled to increase or reduce the Scope of Work due to budgetary constraints or for any reason whatsoever upon the Owner providing written notice to the successful Contractor. If this is necessary, the actual type of work acceptably completed will be paid at the applicable prices bid shown in the Unit Price Schedule. The Contractor shall have no claim against the Owner for any adjustment to Bid Items and or quantities regardless of designation. No additional compensation will be paid by the Owner for any delay, inconvenience or damage sustained by the Contractor which is caused by the adjustment to Bid Items and/or quantities.

Modifications to Scope of Work. The Parties may mutually agree to modify the Scope of Work from time to time in order to include more or less detail, as applicable, to account for any needed tightening of requirements, descriptions or otherwise on the basis of the objectives and the status of the Research Project.   • Changes to Scope of Work The City of Nashua may, at any time, by written order, make changes to the general scope, character, or cost of this contract and in the services or work to be performed, either increasing or decreasing the scope, character, or cost of Independent Contractor's performance under the contract. Independent Contractor shall provide to the City of Nashua within 10 calendar days, a written proposal for accomplishing the change. The proposal for a change shall provide enough detail, including personnel hours for each sub-task and cost breakdowns of tasks, for the City of Nashua to be able to adequately analyze the proposal. The City of Nashua will then determine in writing if Independent Contractor should proceed with any or all of the proposed change. If the change causes an increase or a decrease in Independent Contractor's cost or time required for performance of the contract as a whole, an equitable adjustment shall be made and the contract accordingly modified in writing. Any claim of Independent Contractor for adjustment under this clause shall be asserted in writing within 30 days of the date the City of Nashua notified Independent Contractor of the change. When Independent Contractor seeks changes, Independent Contractor shall, before any work commences, estimate their effect on the cost of the contract and on its schedule and notify the City of Nashua in writing of the estimate. The proposal for a change shall provide enough detail, including personnel hours for each sub-task and cost breakdowns of tasks, for the City of Nashua to be able to adequately analyze the proposal. The City of Nashua will then determine in writing if Independent Contractor should proceed with any or all of the proposed change. Except as provided in this paragraph, Independent Contractor shall implement no change unless the City of Nashua in writing approves the change. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the provisions of this contract shall apply to all changes. The City of Nashua may provide verbal approval of a change when the City of Nashua, in its sole discretion, determines that time is critical or public health and safety are of concern. Any verbal approval shall be confirmed in writing as soon as practicable. Any change undertaken without prior City of Nashua approval shall not be compensated and is, at the City of Nashua's election, sufficient reason for contract termination.

  • MODIFICATIONS OF WORK The COUNTY reserves the right to make changes in the work, including alterations, reductions therein or additions thereto. Upon receipt by the CONTRACTOR of the COUNTY’S notification of a contemplated change, the CONTRACTOR shall (1) if requested by COUNTY, provide an estimate for the increase or decrease in cost due to the contemplated change, (2) notify the COUNTY of any estimated change in the completion date, and (3) advise the COUNTY in writing if the contemplated change shall affect the CONTRACTOR’S ability to meet the completion dates or schedules of this Contract. If the COUNTY so instructs in writing, the CONTRACTOR shall suspend work on that portion of the work affected by a contemplated change, pending the COUNTY’S decision to proceed with the change. If the COUNTY elects to make the change, the COUNTY shall issue a Contract Amendment or Change Order and the CONTRACTOR shall not commence work on any such change until such written amendment or change order has been issued and signed by each of the parties.

  • Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.

SAP retains the right to independently develop its own Modifications or Add-ons to the Software, and Licensee agrees not to take any action that would limit SAP’s sale, assignment, licensing or use of its own Software or Modifications or Add-ons thereto.

  • Modifications to Agreement You acknowledge that the practice of registering and administering domain names is constantly evolving; therefore, you agree that Tucows may modify this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement, as is necessary to comply with its agreements with ICANN, a registry or any other entity or individual, as well as to adjust to changing circumstances. Your continued use of the domain name registered to you will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement with any revisions. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to a different accredited registrar.
