Contractor Scope of Services. The Contractor shall perform the necessary professional services, including but not limited to those services provided in this exhibit A to the agreement.

Contractor Scope of Services. All of the services, functions, processes, and activities described below will be collectively described as the “Hosting Services” for purposes of this Agreement.
Contractor Scope of Services. 9.7. The successful contractor will deliver conventional transit service including operating and maintaining the buses, equipment and materials. Providing drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, supervision, clerical staff, customer services and management required to deliver public transit service. Responsibilities will include maintaining vehicles and associated hardware, maintaining an inventory of parts and equipment, maintenance facility, insurance, customer service and reporting functions.
Contractor Scope of Services. Contractor agrees to provide services in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; including those additional services requested by City and accepted in writing by the Contractor during the term of this Agreement.
