Metering Charges and Requirements. A. Metering Charge per Month: Single Phase $5.50 Three Phase $8.00 B. Two (2) Company-owned meters are required to be installed at each service location associated with each Community Solar Garden generation source subject to this Contract. One meter is located at the main service and will record energy delivered to the Community Solar Garden Operator from the Company. The second meter (the “Production Meter”) will record energy generated by the PV System only. For the sake of clarity, the amount of energy used as House Power consists of that shown on the meter located at the main service plus electricity recorded as reverse flowing through the Production Meter. The Company shall install, or cause to be installed, own, operate and maintain the Production Meter to measure the AC production of the PV System, at the Community Solar Garden Operator’s expense and including the cost of the Production Meter itself. Community Solar Garden Operator will provide all meter housing and socket replacement and rewiring to install both meters. Community Solar Garden Operator shall be charged monthly the metering charge for the main service meter. The metering charge assumes common use of all Company facilities up to the metering point, for both receipt and delivery of energy. Any additional facilities required by Company to accommodate the PV System will require Community Solar Garden Operator to pay an interconnection charge in advance.

Having a single meter could reduce the cost to the Community Solar Garden Operator. This optional Amendment will be available to any Community Solar Garden Operator. However, if metering has already been installed or ordered prior to the signing of this Amendment, the Community Solar Garden Operator is responsible for the costs in changing what has been installed or ordered if they choose to switch to a single-meter configuration. Agreement: Community Solar Garden Operator and Xcel Energy agree as follows:

Company shall purchase, own, install and maintain (subject to reimbursement by the Subscriber Organization as specified below) the revenue metering package suitable for measuring the export of electric energy (AC) from the PV System sold to Company in kilowatts and kilowatt-hours on a time-of-day basis and of reactive power flow in kilovars and true root mean square kilovar-hours (the "Production Meter"). The metering point shall be as close as possible to the Point of Interconnection as allowed by Company. The cost to install, or cause to be installed, own, operate and maintain the Production Meter to measure the AC production of the PV System, shall be at the Subscriber Organization's expense, including the cost of the Production Meter itself. Subscriber Organization, subject to Company review and approval, shall install, own and maintain the infrastructure and other related equipment associated with the Production Meter and will provide all meter housing and socket replacement and rewiring to install the Production Meter and any additional service meter to measure House Power. The Subscriber Organization shall install this infrastructure such that it meets the requirements set forth in Chapter Six (IPP Metering) of the latest edition of the Company's Electric Service Installation Manual (ESIM). Company shall test such revenue meters prior to installation and shall test such revenue meters every fifth year. Subscriber Organization shall reimburse Company for all reasonably incurred costs for the procurement, installation, maintenance (including maintenance replacements) and testing work associated with the Production Meter. Subscriber Organization shall be charged monthly the metering charge for the Production Meter. Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Subscriber Organization prior to any test it may perform on the Production Meter or metering equipment. Subscriber Organization may request tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Subscriber Organization shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this section, Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readin...

  • SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES You will pay fees incurred on the Account, including, without limitation, fees imposed by a Third Party through Your initiation of a Transaction. You will pay the service charges that We establish from time to time for The Services, including, without limitation, service charges for providing records regarding You that We are legally required to provide. You acknowledge receipt of a schedule of Our charges for The Services in effect at the time of acceptance of this Agreement. We may, from time to time, increase or decrease the service charges for The Services and provide notice of such changes by sending a notice to Your Contact Info, by posting notice at Our premises or on the Financial Institution’s website, by personal delivery, or by any other means We, acting reasonably, consider appropriate to bring the change to Your attention. Current service charges for The Services may be obtained by contacting Us or through the Financial Institution’s website. You are responsible for determining the then-current service charges for The Services You request, in advance of using The Services. By requesting The Services, You acknowledge Your agreement to pay service charges for The Services as requested as then in effect. The Financial Institution can deduct such obligations from Your Account (or other Accounts belonging to You with Us) when The Services are requested or performed. New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.

  • Charges and Taxes The Company will pay all stock transfer and similar taxes attributable to the initial issuance and delivery of the shares of Common Stock pursuant to the Purchase Contracts; provided, however, that the Company shall not be required to pay any such tax or taxes which may be payable in respect of any exchange of or substitution for a Certificate evidencing a Unit or any issuance of a share of Common Stock in a name other than that of the registered Holder of a Certificate surrendered in respect of the Units evidenced thereby, other than in the name of the Purchase Contract Agent, as custodian for such Holder, and the Company shall not be required to issue or deliver such share certificates or Certificates unless or until the Person or Persons requesting the transfer or issuance thereof shall have paid to the Company the amount of such tax or shall have established to the satisfaction of the Company that such tax has been paid.

  • PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.

  • Operating Costs The Assuming Institution agrees, during its period of use of any Leased Data Management Equipment, to pay to the Receiver or to appropriate third parties at the direction of the Receiver all operating costs with respect thereto and to comply with all relevant terms of any existing Leased Data Management Equipment leases entered into by the Failed Bank, including without limitation the timely payment of all rent, taxes, fees, charges, maintenance, utilities, insurance and assessments.

  • Charges and Expenses The Company shall pay all transfer and other taxes and governmental charges arising solely from the existence of the depositary arrangements.   • Costs and Charges 8.19.1 To protect the Landlord from loss arising from a claim that may be brought against the Tenant as a consequence of a breach by the Tenant of any covenant contained in this Agreement. Such loss shall be deemed to include any charges which the Landlord may reasonably incur in connection with proceedings in a court of law against the Tenant but without prejudice to a Tenant’s right to have such costs assessed by the relevant court.

  • Notifications of Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-­‐four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.
