Company Facilities definition

Company Facilities means FortisBC’s facilities, including pipes, buildings, structures, valves, signage, storage facilities, machinery, vehicles and other equipment used to maintain, operate, renew, repair, construct and monitor a natural Gas Distribution and transmission system;
Company Facilities means the necessary facilities funded and constructed by the Company for purposes of supporting water deliveries from the Project and other Company water supplies, including (a) injection/extraction xxxxx and related appurtenances, (b) pipelines and transmission mains, and (c) real property, all as additionally described in Exhibit B.

EXHIBIT C Delivery Point AWT Water will be injected into the Seaside Groundwater Basin using existing and new injection xxxxx. Theproposed Injection Well Facilities will be located east of General Xxx Xxxxx Boulevard, south of Eucalyptus Road in the City of Seaside, including injection xxxxx (deep injection xxxxx, vadose zone xxxxx, as identified in the figure below), plus monitoring xxxxx, and back-flush facilities. Well sites 1-4 have been approved and constructed. Well site 6 is the primary site for expansion, but sites 5 and 7 may be made available for redundancy or future replacement. EXHIBIT D

Examples of Company Facilities in a sentence

  • Covered entities are not exempt from paying costs associated with LUAF Gas and Gas used by Company Facilities.

  • Upon receipt of written notice of a required Relocation, the Company may propose an alternative to or modification of the Public Project requiring the Relocation in an effort to mitigate or avoid the impact of the required Relocation of Company Facilities.

  • Subject to the agreement of the Company and to all of the regulations contained in this tariff, special construction of Company Facilities may be undertaken by the Company on a reasonable-efforts basis at the request of the Customer.

  • The City shall pay for the installation of Company Facilities once completed in accordance with the Tariffs.

  • The Municipality agrees to pay for all of the costs for changes to the affected Company Facilities.


More Definitions of Company Facilities

Company Facilities means any properties or facilities used, leased or occupied by the Company or its Subsidiary.
Company Facilities means all buildings and improvements on the Company Property.
