Meter Out of Service. If, for any reason, any meter is out of service or out of repair so that the amount of Carbon Dioxide delivered cannot be ascertained or computed from the readings thereof or corrected under Article 10.8, the Carbon Dioxide delivered during the period such meter is out of service or out of repair shall be estimated and agreed upon by the parties upon the basis of the best data available, using the first listed of the following methods which is feasible:

Meter Out of Service. If, for any reason, any meter is out of service or under repair so that the amount of Product delivered cannot be ascertained or computed from the readings thereof or corrected under Section 11.2, the Product delivered during the period such meter is out of service or under repair shall be estimated and agreed upon by Buyer and Seller upon the basis of the best data available. . If Buyer installs a check meter, the measurements of the check meter shall be used for any period the meter of Seller is out of service, provided that Buyer’s check meter satisfies the specifications set forth in this contract. Buyer shall ensure that the Seller is given at least forty- eight (48) hours’ notice of each such test of Buyer’s measuring equipment in order that, if Seller desires, Seller may have its representative present to witness such tests.
Meter Out of Service. If Purchaser’s metering equipment is out of service or out of repair so that the amount of LFG delivered by Seller cannot be determined or corrected, the Parties shall estimate the amount of LFG delivered by Seller during any period when the metering equipment is out of service or out of repair based on deliveries under similar conditions during earlier periods when the metering equipment was registering properly. Notwithstanding the above, if Seller installs metering equipment reasonably acceptable to Purchaser and tests, repairs and maintains such metering equipment in a manner that is comparable to the manner in which Purchaser repairs and maintains its metering equipment, then Seller’s metering equipment shall be used to measure the quantity of LFG delivered during periods when Purchaser’s metering equipment is out of service.
Meter Out of Service. If for any reason the Metering Equipment at the Supply Point or any Designated Receipt Point is out of service such that the amount of RNG delivered cannot be ascertained, the party responsible for such Metering Equipment shall notify the other party within twenty four (24) hours. During the period when the Metering Equipment is out of service, the parties shall utilize the other party’s Metering Equipment, where appropriate, and if all Metering Equipment is out of service, the parties shall utilize the metering and measurement records from similar periods within the immediately preceding thirty (30) days.

Meter Out of Service. If, for any reason, Seller’s metering equipment is out of service or out of repair so that the amount of Landfill Gas delivered cannot be ascertained or corrected pursuant to Section 8.2, provided that Purchaser’s metering equipment is comparable to Seller’s metering equipment and is tested, calibrated, and maintained on the same schedule, Purchaser’s meters, if any, shall be used to determine the quantity and quality of Landfill Gas delivered hereunder, or if Purchaser’s meters are unavailable, Seller and Purchaser shall jointly estimate the quantity and quality of Landfill Gas delivered based on deliveries during earlier periods under similar conditions when the metering equipment was registering properly.
Meter Out of Service. If, for any reason, the metering or measurement equipment at the Delivery Point is out of service such that the amount of Landfill Gas delivered and the BTU value cannot be ascertained, Purchaser will notify Seller within twenty four (24) hours. During the period when the metering or measurement equipment is out of service, the Parties shall utilize the metering and measurement records from similar periods within the immediately preceding thirty (30) days.
Meter Out of Service. If, for any reason, the Facility Flow Meter is out-of-service or out-of-repair so that the amount of LFG delivered and used by Buyer cannot be ascertained or determined from its readings, the volume content of LFG delivered to Buyer during such period when the Facility Flow Meter is out-of-service shall be determined by utilizing readings from the Landfill Flow Meter installed by Seller at the Landfill taking into account any recurring changes in volume between the Landfill Flow Meter and the Facility Flow Meter.
