Quality of Service. Contractor shall perform its services with care, skill, and diligence, in accordance with the applicable professional standards currently recognized by such profession, and shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, completeness, and coordination of all reports, designs, drawings, plans, information, specifications, and/or other items and services furnished under this Agreement. Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies immediately upon discovery in its reports, drawings, specifications, designs, and/or other related items or services.

Quality of Service. The Power Producer shall be responsible for the delivery of energy conforming Performance Standards for Transmission and Bulk Supply as approved by GERC. The maximum current and voltage waveform distortion shall be in accordance with the limits prescribed under Central Electricity Authority (Grid Standards) Regulations 2010, as amended from time to time.
Quality of Service. Where there exists evidence which, in the reasonable judgment of the Issuing Authority, casts doubt upon the reliability or technical quality of Cable Service(s), the Issuing Authority shall cite specific facts which casts such doubt(s), in a notice to the Licensee. The Licensee shall submit a written report to the Issuing Authority, within thirty (30) days of receipt of any such notice from the Issuing Authority, setting forth in detail its explanation of the problem(s).
Quality of Service. Elsevier will use reasonable efforts to provide the Subscribed Products with a quality of service consistent with industry standards, specifically, to provide continuous service with an average of 98% up-time per year, with the 2% down-time including scheduled maintenance and repairs performed at a time to minimize inconvenience to the Subscriber and its Authorized Users, and to restore service as soon as possible in the event of an interruption or suspension of service.

Quality of Service. Consultant agrees to perform all Services hereunder using qualified personnel consistent with good professional practice in the state of the art involved, and that performance of its personnel will reflect their best professional knowledge, skill, and judgment. Consultant agrees to permit State access at all times to the work product for purposes of reviewing same and determining that the Services are being performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Quality of Service. The Licensor shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Licensor's server or servers have sufficient capacity and rate of connectivity to provide the Licensee, Participating Institutions and their Authorized Users with all the services pursuant to this Agreement at a level exceeding or at least comparable to current standards in the online information provision industry in the Licensee's and the Participating Institutions’ locale. The Licensor shall use reasonable efforts to provide continuous service seven (7) days a week with an average of 98% up-time per month. The 2% down-time can include periodic unavailability due to server maintenance; software installation or testing; loading or making available additional Licensed Materials as they become available; and unavailability because of service or equipment failure outside the control of the Licensor (including problems with public or private telecommunication services, or Internet nodes or facilities). The Licensor may schedule brief unavailability periods, but will do so only where (a) it has given at least forty-eight (48) hours’ prior notice to the Licensee, and (b) in a way and at times that minimize inconvenience to the Licensee, the Participating Institutions and its Authorized Users, regardless of when notice has been given.
Quality of Service. The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Publisher's server or servers have sufficient capacity and rate of connectivity to provide the Participating Institutions and their Authorized Users with all the services pursuant to this Agreement at a level exceeding or at least comparable to current standards in the online information provision industry in the Licensee's and the Participating Institutions’ locale.
