If the actual period cannot be ascertained, the proper correction shall be made to the measurements taken during the time the metering equipment was in service since last tested, but not exceeding three (3) months, in the amount the Facility Meter shall have been shown to be in error by such test.
Bundled RECs shall be deemed sold and delivered to PGE under this Agreement as they are produced and measured by the Facility Meter.
PGE shall have the right to periodically inspect, test, repair and replace the Facility Meter, without PGE assuming any obligations under the Interconnection Agreement.
