Facility Meter definition

Facility Meter means the revenue quality electricity generation meter to be located at the metering point (the proposed location of which is to be identified in the Interconnection Agreement), which Facility Meter shall register all Energy produced by a Facility and delivered to the Interconnection Point.

  • If the actual period cannot be ascertained, the proper correction shall be made to the measurements taken during the time the metering equipment was in service since last tested, but not exceeding three (3) months, in the amount the Facility Meter shall have been shown to be in error by such test.

  • Bundled RECs shall be deemed sold and delivered to PGE under this Agreement as they are produced and measured by the Facility Meter.

Facility Meter means the metering equipment designed, furnished, installed, owned, inspected, tested, maintained and replaced as provided in the Interconnection Agreement.

You shall pay all invoiced amounts owed to us by automatic electronic funds transfer via the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) wire transfer, from the Designated Payment Account identified by you in Appendix C. You may also pay invoiced amounts owed to us by credit card, although a 3.76% processing fee will be applied to your bill. You shall execute the “Payment Authorization Form” attached as Appendix C and incorporated herein.
