Media Publication. Neither Party will publish or distribute any media releases, public announcements or external disclosures, except for discrete discussions with commercial Parties who are under a binding non-disclosure agreement or confidentiality agreement for the benefit of the other Party, of any nature relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, use or display the name or any Trade-xxxx of the other Party or its Affiliates, without the other Party’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned). In addition, the Parties shall work together to establish a shared-communications protocol to deal with any issues with press and public inquiries, with due regard for the short and long-term objectives of CUSTOMER and SUPPLIER. Notwithstanding the forgoing, each Party may make disclosures if required by Applicable Law; provided, however, that where any such disclosure is required by Applicable Law, such disclosing Party will notify the other Party in writing of the content of the proposed disclosure and will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such other Party’s approval of the consent prior to disclosure.

Media Publication. No public release of any information, or confirmation or denial of same, with respect to the Agreement, any Order Form, the BAA (if applicable) or the subject matter thereof will be made by either Party without the prior written approval of the other Party except for (i) any announcement intended solely for a Party's internal distribution; (ii) any listing of the Customer as a customer in Leidos proposals to third parties for similar services as those provided under the Agreement; and (iii) any disclosure required by law or regulation applicable to the disclosing Party. Neither Party shall use or display any trademark or logo owned by the other Party, in whatever shape or form, without the prior written consent of such other Party.
Media Publication. 18. You agree not to use the intellectual property of The Foundation or Eureka Stair Climb, including but not limited to logos and trademarks, except with the prior written consent of the relevant owner of the intellectual property.
Media Publication. For the purposes of this Agreement, Media Publication is defined as any public display or reporting of Real Time or Delayed Information, via TV, radio, public internet (open user access), newspaper or other media or services, which does not qualify as Limited Extracts. The Licensee may not distribute Real Time or Delayed Information via Media Publication, or allow any Subscriber to do so, without the prior written permission of the Stock Exchange, which shall be subject to a separate agreement. The Stock Exchange reserves the right to determine whether any proposed form of publication qualifies as Media Publication, to withhold or withdraw a Media Publication licence at any time and to charge the Licensee any other Fees that may be applicable if any form of Real Time or Delayed Information Distribution is not accepted by the Stock Exchange as Media Publication.
Media Publication. You agree not to use the intellectual property of Thick as Thieves, Quick as Thieves or The Xxxx Xxxxxxx Foundation, including but not limited to logos and trademarks, except with the prior written consent of the relevant owner of the intellectual property. • You give permission for the Organiser and The Foundation to use your image, voice, statements and name in any media representation before and after the Event and you understand that no compensation is payable to you for the use of your image, voice, statement and/or name. • You acknowledge that the Organiser and The Foundation takes the protection of your privacy seriously and that you have a right to request the Organiser and The Foundation not to use or to remove your image, voice, statement and/or name from any media or publication.   • Non-Publication The parties mutually agree not to disclose publicly the terms of this Agreement except to the extent that disclosure is mandated by applicable law or regulation or to their respective advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants).

  • Scientific Publications During the Research Program Term, neither Party shall first publish or first present in a public forum the scientific or technical results of any activity performed pursuant to this Agreement without the opportunity for prior review and comment by the other Party. Each Party agrees to provide the other Party with the opportunity to review any proposed abstract, manuscript or scientific presentation (including any verbal presentation) that relates to its activities performed pursuant to this Agreement during the Research Program Term, at least [**] days prior to its intended submission for publication and agrees, upon request, not to submit any such abstract or manuscript for publication until the other Party is given a reasonable period of time up to [**] to secure patent protection for any material in such publication that it believes to be patentable. Both Parties understand that a reasonable commercial strategy may require delay of publication of information or filing of patent applications first with respect to activities performed or results obtained pursuant to this Agreement during the Research Program Term, or not to publish at all if necessary to preserve trade secrets. The Parties agree to review and decide whether to delay publication of such information to permit filing of patent applications. Neither Party shall have the right to publish or present any Confidential Information of the other Party, except as provided in Section 9.2. After the Research Program Term, each Party and its Affiliates may publish or present results, data or scientific findings of any of their activities without the prior review of the other Party, provided that such publication or presentation does not disclose any of the other Party’s Confidential Information. Nothing contained in this Section 9.3 shall prohibit the inclusion of information necessary for a patent application; provided that the non-filing Party is given a reasonable opportunity to review the information to be included prior to submission of such patent application in accordance with Section 8.2. Nothing contained in this Section 9.3 shall prohibit either Party from disclosing the results, data or scientific findings of any activity performed by the other Party or its Affiliates pursuant to this Agreement without prior review and prior written consent of the other Party, where required, as reasonably determined by the disclosing Party’s legal counsel, by applicable law; provided that if a Party is required by law to make any such disclosure, to the extent it may legally do so, it will give reasonable advance notice to the other Party of such disclosure and will use its reasonable efforts to secure confidential treatment of such information prior to its disclosure (whether through protective orders or otherwise).

  • Publication No copies of sketches, schedules, written documents, computer based data, photographs, maps or graphs, including graphic art Work, resulting from performance or prepared in connection with this Contract, are to be released by Contractor and/or anyone acting under the supervision of Contractor to any person, partnership, company, corporation, or agency, without prior written approval by the County, except as necessary for the performance of the services of this Contract. All press contacts, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers, magazines, etc., are to be administered only after County approval.

  • Publications All published material and written reports submitted under the Contract must be originally developed material unless otherwise specifically provided in the Contract. When material not originally developed is included in a report in any form, the source shall be identified.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Advertising and Publicity No Credit Party shall issue or disseminate to the public (by advertisement, including without limitation any “tombstone” advertisement, press release or otherwise), submit for publication or otherwise cause or seek to publish any information describing the credit or other financial accommodations made available by the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent. Nothing in the foregoing shall be construed to prohibit any Credit Party from making any submission or filing which it is required to make by applicable law or pursuant to judicial process; provided, that, (i) such filing or submission shall contain only such information as is necessary to comply with applicable law or judicial process and (ii) unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, the Borrower shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of the requirement to make such submission or filing and provide the Administrative Agent with a copy thereof.

  • Publications and Public Statements I will obtain the Company’s written approval before publishing or submitting for publication any material that relates to my work at the Company and/or incorporates any Proprietary Information. To ensure that the Company delivers a consistent message about its products, services and operations to the public, and further in recognition that even positive statements may have a detrimental effect on the Company in certain securities transactions and other contexts, any statement about the Company which I create, publish or post during my period of employment and for six (6) months thereafter, on any media accessible by the public, including but not limited to electronic bulletin boards and Internet-based chat rooms, must first be reviewed and approved by an officer of the Company before it is released in the public domain.

  • No Public Disclosure The Company shall not disclose any holder of Investor Units’ name or identity as an investor in the Company in any press release or other public announcement or in any document or material filed with any governmental entity, without the prior written consent of such Person, unless such disclosure is required by applicable law or governmental regulations or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, in which case prior to making such disclosure the Company shall give written notice to such Person describing in reasonable detail the proposed content of such disclosure and shall permit such Person to review and comment upon the form and substance of such disclosure.

  • Press Releases and Public Announcements No Party shall issue any press release or make any public announcement relating to the subject matter of this Agreement without the prior written approval of the other Party; provided, however, that any Party may make any public disclosure it believes in good faith is required by applicable law or any listing or trading agreement concerning its publicly-traded securities (in which case the disclosing Party will use its reasonable best efforts to advise the other Party prior to making the disclosure).
