Common use of Maternity and Parental Leave Clause in Contracts

Maternity and Parental Leave. (a) An Employee who has completed six (6) months of continuous employment shall, upon written request, be granted up to fifteen (15) weeks of maternity leave and up to thirty-seven (37) weeks parental leave. Such leaves must be taken consecutively.
