Material Destruction. The Parties are required to dispose of any outdated or rejected material in inventory as appropriate. Disposal will be consistent with the nature of the material and sent to a permitted waste disposal facility.
Material Destruction. Patheon has the right to either return to the Client or dispose of any outdated or rejected material. Material Destruction. Four (4) years after the addition of derogatory or negative material to his/her personnel file, upon written request, such materials shall be removed and destroyed.

If prior to Settlement, the Unit or any part thereof shall be destroyed or damaged by fire or other casualty or natural disaster and this Purchase Agreement is not terminated by reason of such destruction or damage, Seller shall repair or restore the Unit, and if a Settlement Date has been previously designated under Section 5, the Settlement Date shall be extended to a date designated by Seller which is not less than 14 days after Seller’s notice to Purchaser that the repair or restoration of the Unit is substantially completed.
