Prior to Settlement. Purchaser shall not enter into any agreements with any governmental or quasi-governmental authorities or with any other person or entity that would bind Seller or run with the Property without Seller’s prior written consent, which consent Seller may withhold in Seller’s sole discretion.
Prior to Settlement. The Buyer must:
(a) Lodge a GST Property Settlement Withholding Notification Form with the ATO for each person comprising the Buyer;
(b) Lodge a GST Property Settlement Date Confirmation Form with the ATO for each person comprising the Buyer;
(c) Give the Seller a copy of the notification from the ATO specifying the Buyer’s lodgement reference number and payment reference number and a copy of the GST Property Settlement Date Confirmation Form lodgement with the ATO.
Prior to Settlement the Buyer must not transfer, sell or assign its interest in this contract or transfer or sell the Lot without the consent of the Seller, which consent if granted may be subject to conditions reasonably required by the Seller.
