Location & Facilities. All classes for the Program will be held at locations/facilities provided by the Client. HC shall have the use of these locations/facilities, at no cost to HC, for the HC’s delivery of the Program.

Location & Facilities. P-TECH programs may be located at an approved ISD high school campus, an ACC campus, a site approved by ACC, or a combination of any of these locations if necessary to ensure students can progress to complete their program of study within the required timeframe. ISD/ACC (pick which one applies based on the location-unless it is always ISD even on an ACC campus) will operate the following P-TECH program(s) at the following locations(s), which are subject to change based on course availability: • Akins Early College High P-TECH (Education Instruction): ACC South Austin Campus • Akins Early College High P-TECH (Real Estate): ACC South Austin Campus • Xxxxxxxx Early College High School (Building Construction): Xxxxxxxx High School • LBJ Early College High School P-TECH (Pre-Health Science): ACC Highland Campus • Northeast Early College High School P-TECH (Cybersecurity): ACC Highland Campus • Xxxxxxx Early College High School P-TECH (Computer Information Technology): ACC Northridge and Highland Campus • Xxxxxx Early College High School P-TECH (Travel & Hospitality): ACC Highland Campus If the P-TECH program is located at an ISD high school campus, ISD will provide office space and services (e.g., security, custodial, building access, mail, etc.) as needed for the P-TECH program. The initial requirements for office space and support services will be determined in meetings held subsequent to the execution of this agreement. ACC will make specific requests for additional office space and support services prior to the beginning of each semester. ACC will provide P-TECH students with access to all ACC facilities, including libraries, study rooms, learning labs, etc. ACC will provide ACC institutional support for college-related activities needed to implement the P-TECH, including necessary facilities for all courses for P-TECH students taught on an ACC campus.
Location & Facilities. The Client will provide the Training venue, of which the prerequisites will be made available to the Client in advance of the Training Course dates. Should Insource be required to supply any of these elements then additional charges will apply over the standard Training Course cost and will be detailed in the Insource Purchase Agreement (IPA).
Location & Facilities. The Co-operative activity will take place at and within the facilities of the Section of Microbiology of the Dipartimento di Biologia Sperimentale.   • Common Facilities “Common Facilities” includes all areas, facilities, utilities, equipment and services provided by Landlord for the common use or benefit of the occupants of the Property, and their employees, agents, customers and other invitees, including without limitation building lobbies, common corridors and hallways, restrooms, pedestrian walkways, driveways and access roads, access facilities for disabled persons (including elevators), truck serviceways, loading docks, garages, driveways, parking lots, landscaped areas, stairways, elevators, retaining walls, all areas required to be maintained under the conditions of governmental approvals for the Property, comfort and first-aid stations, parcel pick-up stations and other generally understood public or common areas. All Common Facilities shall at all times be subject to the exclusive control and management of Landlord. Landlord shall have the right, without liability to Tenant, to relocate, alter, improve, or adjust the size and location of any Common Facilities from time to time, and Landlord shall have the right from time to time to establish, modify and enforce reasonable rules and regulations with respect to the Common Facilities. Landlord shall have the right to construct, maintain and operate lighting facilities on the Common Facilities; to police the same; from time to time to change the area, level, location and arrangement of parking areas and other facilities; to restrict parking by tenants, their officers, agents and employees to employee parking areas; to enforce parking charges (by operation of meters or otherwise), with appropriate provisions for free parking ticket validating by tenants; to close all or any portion of the Common Facilities to such extent as may, in the opinion of Landlord’s counsel, be legally sufficient to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of any rights to any person or the public therein; to close temporarily all or any portion of the Common Facilities; to discourage non-customer parking; and to do and perform such other acts in and to the Common Facilities which Landlord shall determine, using good business judgment, to be advisable to improve the convenience and use thereof by tenants, their officers, agents, employees and customers. Subject to the foregoing, Tenant may use all Common Facilities not within the Premises, under a revocable license, on a nonexclusive basis in common with other tenants. If any such license is revoked, or if the amount of such areas is diminished, Landlord shall not be subject to any liability and Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation or abatement of rent, nor shall such revocation or diminution be deemed constructive or actual eviction.

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Location and Facilities The Executive will be furnished with the working facilities and staff customary for executive officers with the title and duties set forth in Section 1 and as are necessary for him to perform his duties. The location of such facilities and staff shall be at the principal administrative offices of the Company and the Bank, or at such other site or sites customary for such offices.
