Facility definition

Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;
Facility means the Term Facility or the Revolving Credit Facility, as the context may require.

  • The amount of any increase in the Facility Amount hereunder shall be offered first to the existing Lenders, and in the event the additional commitments which existing Lenders are willing to take shall exceed the amount requested by the Borrower, such excess shall be allocated in proportion to the commitments of such existing Lenders willing to take additional commitments.

Facility means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2 (The Facility).
