Facility definition

Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;
Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
Facility means the Term Facility or the Revolving Credit Facility, as the context may require.

  • The Company shall not increase the total commitment amount under the Truist Facility pursuant to any “accordion” feature so long as an Event Default (as defined in the Truist Facility) has occurred and is continuing.

Facility means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2 (The Facility).
