Facility definition

Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;
Facility means the Term Facility or the Revolving Credit Facility, as the context may require.

  • The Borrowers shall repay to the Revolving Agent for the ratable account of the Revolving Credit Lenders on the Maturity Date for the Revolving Credit Facility the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans under the Revolving Credit Facility outstanding on such date.

Facility means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2 (The Facility).
