Location and Inspection. Proper and complete books of account and records of the business of the Company will be kept at the Company’s principal office and at other places as may be designated by the members. Notice will be given to each member of any changes in the location of the Company books and records. The Company books and records will be open to inspection, audit and copying by any member, or the designated representative of a member, upon reasonable notice at any time during business hours for any purpose reasonably related to the member’s interest in the Company. Any information obtained or copied will be kept and maintained in strict confidence except as otherwise required by law.

Location and Inspection. 21.1 Other than portable Goods, you must not move the Goods from their location noted on the Rental Agreement without our prior written consent.
Location and Inspection. Equipment shall be delivered and thereafter kept at the location specified above, or, if none is specified, at Lessee's address set forth above and Lessee shall not remove or allow to be removed therefrom without Lessor's prior written consent. Any and all costs incurred by Lessor as a result of such relocation shall be borne by Lessee. Notwithstanding its designation as Lessor, the Lessor does not own the Equipment and by this Agreement is merely financing the acquisition thereof for Lessee. Lessor does not operate, control or have possession of the Equipment and has no control over the Lessee or the Lessee’s operation, use, storage or maintenance of the Equipment.

Location and Inspection a. You agree to provide our authorised agents and us with reasonable access to inspect the Equipment to confirm its existence, condition and proper maintenance.

The Owner shall be entitled to receive a copy of any data or information ascertained by the Operator during the Operation of the Hotel, excluding any such data or information which is Proprietary Materials. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Owner grants the Operator the right and license to copy and utilize, for corporate purposes related to the Hotel and to other hotels operated or licensed by Operator Parent and its Affiliates, all guest records and preferences created during the entire Operating Term of this Agreement (“Guest Records License”). The Guest Records License shall survive and continue in effect notwithstanding the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
