Centralized Services Clause Samples
The Centralized Services clause defines the provision of certain services to multiple entities or locations from a single, central point of management or delivery. In practice, this means that functions such as IT support, accounting, or procurement may be handled by a central team rather than by each individual branch or subsidiary. This approach streamlines operations, reduces duplication of effort, and ensures consistency across the organization, ultimately improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
