For the purpose of litigating any dispute that arises under this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction in South Dakota and agree that such litigation shall be conducted in the courts of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County or the federal courts of the United States for the District of South Dakota, Western Division.
The Employer and the Employee each consent to the jurisdiction of, and agree that any controversy between them arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division; the Court of Common Pleas for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Ohio; or such other court venued within ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Ohio as may have subject matter jurisdiction over the controversy.
The venue for all legal actions concerning this Agreement shall be in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Western Division (the “Court”).
This Agreement shall be enforced in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Western Division.
