Listing of New Employees. The City agrees to furnish the Union at no cost, on a monthly basis, a list of new Local 7 employees, retirees, disability, and terminations indicating the employee's name, address, date of hire, classification, and department. Notice shall also be provided to the Health and Welfare Office. Additionally, the City will furnish a quarterly list of all bargaining unit employees including the same information as above plus an indication as to whether the employee is a union member, nonmember or fair share fee payer.

Listing of New Employees. All employees shall be required to provide the Department with their current address and phone number upon accepting employment and to update this information annually and/or at any other time in which a change occurs. The City will furnish the Association with a list of all new employees, their address and phone number upon completion of their thirtieth (30th) calendar day of employment with the Department of Police. Upon the employee's completion of the training period, the City will furnish the Association with a list of the duty assignments of the new employees. The City will provide the Association, upon notification, the change in address or phone number of the new employees in order that the Association will be able to discharge its responsibilities.
Listing of New Employees. 8.1 The City agrees to furnish to the CPPA a listing containing the names and starting date of employment of all employees in the classification of patrolman. The City agrees to furnish this list to the CPPA at least on an annual basis and shall supplement the list with the names of all new employees hired.

The Company may make pro rata allocations of income, losses or expense deductions to a new Member for that portion of the tax year in which the Member was admitted in accordance with Section 706(d) of the Internal Revenue Code and regulations thereunder. In no event shall a new Member be admitted to the Company if such admission would be in violation of applicable Federal or State securities laws or would adversely affect the treatment of the Company as a partnership for income tax purposes.
