Acquainting New Employees. 26.01(a) New employees shall be advised of the name of the employee's xxxxxxx and/or Union representative and where practicable provided with an introduction within the first thirty (30) days of employment.

Acquainting New Employees. The Corporation will inform new employees of their Union membership obligations. The Corporation will provide Union membership cards and dues deduction forms to new employees for their completion and signing at the time of employee documentation. The Corporation will forward the executed documents to the Union as soon as possible, but in any event, within fifteen (15) calendar days of the employee's date of hire. Such forms will be provided to the Corporation by the Union. The Corporation will provide the employee with a list of Job Stewards.
Acquainting New Employees. The Employer agrees that the shop xxxxxxx shall be given an opportunity to meet with each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, during the first month of employment, for the purpose of acquainting new employees with the benefits and duties of Union membership.

The Employer will forward the executed documents to the Union within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of the employee's date of hire. Such forms will be provided to the Employer by the Union, and will allow employees to authorize the release of their social insurance number to the Union. The Employer will provide the employee with a list of Job Stewards within their service location.
