Non-Employment of COUNTY Personnel. 2.1.1 A-E agrees that it will neither negotiate, offer, or give employment to any full-time, regular employee of COUNTY in professional classifications of the same skills required for the performance of this CONTRACT who is involved in this Project in a participatory status during the life of this CONTRACT regardless of the assignments said employee may be given or the days or hours employee may work.

By accepting AGREEMENT, CONTRACTOR agrees, for the duration of this AGREEMENT, not to offer or discuss employment with any COUNTY or COUNTY INDEMNITEES employee involved in the performance of AGREEMENT.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to make A-E, or any of A-E’s employees or agents, the agents or employees of the County. A-E shall be an independent A-E and shall have responsibility for and control over the details and means for performing the work, provided that A-E is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Anything in this Agreement which may appear to give OC Waste & Recycling the right to direct A-E as to the details of the performance of the work or to exercise a measure of control over A-E shall mean that A-E shall follow the desires of County, only in the results of the work.
