List of Shareholders. At the reasonable request of the Purchaser from time to time, the Company shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, provide the Purchaser with a list (in both written and electronic form) of the registered Affected Shareholders, together with their addresses and respective holdings of Company Shares, with a list of the names and addresses and holdings of all Persons having rights issued by the Company to acquire Company Shares (including holders of Company Options) and a list of non-objecting beneficial owners of Company Shares, together with their addresses and respective holdings of Company Shares, all as of a date that is as close as reasonably practicable prior to the date of delivery of such lists. The Company shall from time to time require that its registrar and transfer agent furnish the Purchaser with such additional information, including updated or additional lists of Affected Shareholders and lists of holdings and other assistance as the Purchaser may reasonably request.

List of Shareholders. The corporation shall prepare and make available, no more than two days after notice of a meeting of shareholders is sent, a complete alphabetical list of all shareholders entitled to notice of the meeting, arranged by voting groups (if any) and showing the address and the number of shares registered in the name of each shareholder. The list shall be available for inspection and copying by any shareholder.
List of Shareholders. The Secretary or the agent of the Corporation having charge of the stock transfer records for Shares shall, in accordance with applicable law make and certify a complete list of the Shareholders entitled to vote at Shareholders’ meetings and provide an updated copy of such list to each Shareholder promptly upon any change thereto. The list shall be produced at the time and place of the meeting and shall be subject to the inspection of any Shareholder during the entire meeting. If a meeting will be held solely by remote communication, the Corporation shall make the list open to examination by the Shareholders for the duration of the meeting on a reasonably accessible electronic network, and the notice of the meeting shall include the information required to access the list.
List of Shareholders. A list of shareholders as of the record date, certified by the corporate officer responsible for its preparation or by a transfer agent, shall be produced at any meeting of shareholders upon the request thereat or prior thereto of any shareholder. List of Shareholders. At the reasonable request of First Majestic from time to time, Silvermex shall provide First Majestic with a list (in both written and electronic form) of the registered Silvermex Shareholders, together with their addresses and respective holdings of Silvermex Shares, with a list of the names and addresses and holdings of all Persons having rights issued by Silvermex to acquire Silvermex Shares (including holders of Silvermex Options and Silvermex Warrants), a list of participants and book based nominee registrants such as CDS & Co., CEDE & Co. and DTC, and a list of non-objecting beneficial owners of Silvermex Shares, together with their addresses and respective holdings of Silvermex Shares. Silvermex shall from time to time require that its registrar and transfer agent furnish First Majestic with such additional information, including updated or additional lists of Silvermex Shareholders and lists of holdings and other assistance as First Majestic may reasonably request in order to be able to communicate with respect to the Arrangement with the Silvermex Securityholders.
List of Shareholders. At least ten days before every meeting of stockholders, the Officer in charge of the Corporation's stock ledger shall prepare and make, or cause to be prepared and made, a complete list of all of the stockholders of the Corporation entitled to vote at the meeting, which list shall be arranged in alphabetical order and show each stockholder's address and the number of shares registered in the name of each stockholder; provided, however, that if there have been no changes in the stockholders of record since the last list was prepared, a new list need not be prepared. This list shall be opened to the examination of any stockholder for any purpose germane to the meeting, and shall be made available by the Corporation during normal business hours, for a period of at least ten days prior to the meeting, either at the place where the meeting is to be held or any other place designated within the city where the meeting is to be held that may have been designated in the notice to stockholders. This list also shall be produced and made available throughout the meeting of stockholders and may be inspected by any stockholder present. No such list need be prepared if the actions to be taken at an annual meeting instead are approved by the written consent of the stockholders.
List of Shareholders. The officer or agent of the Corporation having charge of the share transfer records for shares of the Corporation shall make, at least ten (10) days before each meeting of the shareholders, a complete list of the shareholders entitled to vote at such meeting or any adjournment thereof, arranged in alphabetical order, with the address of and the number of voting shares held by each, which list, for a period of ten (10) days prior to such meeting, shall be kept on file at the registered office of the Corporation and shall be subject to inspection by any such shareholder at any time during the usual business hours. Such list shall also be produced and kept open at the time and place of the meeting and shall be subject to the inspection of any shareholder during the whole time of the meeting. The original share transfer records shall be prima facie evidence as to who are the shareholders entitled to examine such list or transfer books or to vote at any meetings of shareholders.
