LIE DETECTOR TEST. The Employer shall not require an employee to take a polygraph or any other form of lie detector test.

LIE DETECTOR TEST. A. The Township shall not require, request or suggest that an employee or applicant for employment take a polygraph or any other form of lie detector test.

LIE DETECTOR TEST. No employee or applicant for employment shall be required to take a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. The use of lie detector tests shall be voluntary.
LIE DETECTOR TEST. The Company shall not require, request or suggest that an employee take a polygraph or any other form of lie detector test. However, this shall not restrict the right of local, state or federal law enforcement officials or Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) officials to conduct such tests in conjunction with violations of local, state or federal laws.

The employer shall be allowed to require an employee to take a polygraph or any other form of lie detector test or exam, provided that the employee be given the opportunity to have another individual of his/her choosing to review the questions to be asked. The employer shall have sufficient cause to require the employee to take a polygraph or other form of lie detector test or exam. The test shall cover the incident under investigation. A copy • of the questions shall be furnished the employee prior to examination by the polygraph operator. Failure to take the polygraph examination will result in a disciplinary action.
LIE DETECTOR TEST. DCPS shall not require, request or suggest that an employee or applicant for employment take a polygraph or any other form of lie detector test. No provision of this article shall apply to the extent that it may be prohibited by law.
LIE DETECTOR TEST. The EMUA shall not require that any employee or probationary employee take a polygraph or other form of lie detector test as a condition of employment. The EMUA and the employee or probationary employee, however, may stipulate to a polygraph examination in the event that one is requested by the EMUA. Failure to stipulate to the examination will not be held against or used in any way against the employee or probationary employee.
LIE DETECTOR TEST. The Company shall not require, request or suggest that a Sale Associate take a polygraph or any other form of lie detector test.
