Licenses and Qualifications. 8.1 No later than one (1) month after successfully completing the Postgraduate Medical Education, the Participant must apply to the CPSBC for a Certificate of Registration and for any other documents necessary to practise medicine in British Columbia. The Participant must obtain a Certificate of Registration from CPSBC no later than three (3) months from the completion date of the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education.

The Participant must obtain a Certificate of Registration from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia no later than three (3) months from the completion date of the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education.
Licenses and Qualifications. From and after the Effective Date, the Transfer Agent and Escrow Agent shall obtain, and continue to maintain until the termination of this Agreement, any and all required licenses and qualifications necessary or desirable to perform the services and obligations contemplated by this Agreement.
Licenses and Qualifications. 7.1 No later than one month after successfully completing the Practice Ready Assessment-BC Program, the Participant shall apply to the CPSBC for a provisional Certificate of Registration and for any other documents necessary to practise medicine in British Columbia.
Licenses and Qualifications. 4.1 Principal Investigator shall have and maintain in full force and effect any and all professional and other licenses, certificates or documents required to render the services described in this Agreement and agree to provide copy of these licenses, certificates or documents to Sponsor or Monitor on request. If any such license is suspended or revoked during the course of the Principal Investigator's participation in the Study, Institution agrees to notify Sponsor and Monitor promptly in writing.
Licenses and Qualifications. The Tenant will do, or cause to be done, all things necessary to obtain, renew and secure all permits, licenses and other governmental approvals and to comply, or cause its Tenants to comply, with such permits, licenses and other governmental approvals necessary for the uninterrupted and continued operation of its Charter Schools as charter schools under the Charter School Law and any applicable Charter Contracts.

Each Party represents and warrants that it is duly licensed, authorized or qualified to do business in every jurisdiction in which a license, authorization or qualification is required for the transaction of business of the character transacted by it, except where the failure to be so licensed, authorized or qualified would not have a material adverse effect on its ability to fulfill its obligations under the Master Agreement.

(i) The Company is in good standing under all applicable Laws as a mortgage broker and/or lender, (ii) there is no pending or, to the Knowledge of the Company, threatened, cancellation or reduction of any mortgage sale agreement (“Loan Sale Agreement”), to which the Company is a party and the obligations of the Company under each such Loan Sale Agreement are being performed by the Company and the counterparties to each Loan Sale Agreement in accordance with its terms, and (iii) there is no breach by the Company under any Loan Sale Agreement and no third party has exercised or, to the Knowledge of the Company, is threatening to exercise its contractual right to require the Company to repurchase any loan that was originated, closed and funded by the Company that is held for the Company’s account, whether or not for future sale or delivery (a “Company Loan”) from such third party due to a breach of a representation, warranty or covenant by the Company under a Loan Sale Agreement.

(i) The Purchaser is in good standing under all applicable Laws as a mortgage broker and/or lender, (ii) there is no pending or, to the Knowledge of Parent, threatened, cancellation or reduction of any Loan Sale Agreement, to which the Purchaser is a party and the obligations of the Purchaser under each such Loan Sale Agreement are being performed by the Purchaser and the counterparties to each Loan Sale Agreement in accordance with its terms, and (iii) there is no breach by the Purchaser under any Loan Sale Agreement and no third party has exercised or, to the Knowledge of the Parent, is threatening to exercise its contractual right to require the Purchaser to repurchase any loan that was originated, closed and funded by the Purchaser that is held for the Purchaser’s account, whether or not for future sale or delivery (a “Purchaser Loan”) from such third party due to a breach of a representation, warranty or covenant by the Purchaser under a Loan Sale Agreement.
