Charter School Law definition

Charter School Law means Section 1002.33, Florida Statutes and other applicable provisions of law governing or otherwise relating to charter schools.
Charter School Law means the laws permitting the creation of charter schools in Delaware as defined in Title 14, Chapter 5 of the Delaware Code and its implementing regulations.
Charter School Law means the Charter Schools Act of 1992, constituting Part 26.8, commencing with Section 47600 of Division 4 of Title 2 of the Education Code of the State, as now in effect and as it may from time to time hereafter be amended or supplemented.
