PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS. The Resident may engage the services of any accredited physician or surgeon but the Operator shall not be responsible for or obliged to defray any charges incurred.
PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS a. Effective July 1, 2023, in addition to the General Salary Increase provided in Section A 1, the maximum salary range for the classifications below will be increased by three (3) percent. Employees in eligible classifications who have been at the current maximum for 12 or more qualifying pay periods shall be moved to the new maximum of the range. Employees with less than 12 qualifying pay periods at maximum salary shall retain their salary and receive a new salary anniversary date based on qualifying service.
