Certificate of Registration. A nurse is required to present to the Program Director or designate, on or before March 31st of each year, evidence that her Certificate of Registration is in good standing and currently in effect. If the nurse’s Certificate is suspended by the College of Nurses of Ontario for non-payment of the annual fee, the nurse will be placed on a non-disciplinary suspension without pay. If the nurse presents evidence that her Certificate of Registration has been reinstated, she shall be reinstated to her position effective upon presenting such evidence. Failure to provide evidence within ninety (90) calendar days of the nurse being placed on non-disciplinary suspension by the Employer shall result in the nurse being deemed to be no longer qualified and the nurse shall be terminated from the employ of the Employer. Such termination shall not be the subject of a grievance or arbitration.
Certificate of Registration. Nurses are required to present their current Certificate of Registration to the Executive Director or her designate by February 15th of each year. Failure to provide the certificate shall result in suspension from duty.
Certificate of Registration. This Note may be transferred by presentation of the same with an assignment in writing signed by the registered holder. Certificate of Registration. It is each nurse’s responsibility pursuant to the College of Nurses of Ontario to ensure that their certificate of registration is kept current and valid. In the event confirmation of registration is not received by the Employer from the College, nurses shall provide copies of the renewal of their certificate of registration to the Employer not later than February 15th of each year. Failure to provide confirmation of the renewal of their qualifications shall result in the nurse being placed on an unpaid non-disciplinary leave of absence for a period not to exceed three (3) months. In the event any nurse fails to provide their certificate of registration renewal within the aforementioned three (3) month period, without providing reasonable explanation satisfactory to the Employer, the nurse shall be deemed to be no longer qualified and the nurse shall be terminated. Such termination shall not be the subject of a grievance or arbitration.
Certificate of Registration. As a condition of continuing employment, each Nurse shall hold and maintain a valid current certificate of registration as required by The Regulated Health Professions Act and amendments thereto, and shall, upon the request of the Director, Public Health or designate, make available a copy of such certificate of registration for examination.
Certificate of Registration the legal document issued to a child care provider by the division for a period not to exceed one (1) year which indicates the child care provider has met the minimum health and safety standards, subject to compliance with sections 210.1080 and 210.027, RSMo and the applicable provisions of 13 Code of State Regulation (CSR) 35-32.
Certificate of Registration. R–1 Affected employees are to submit evidence each year that their Certificate of Registration from the relevant college is in good standing and currently in effect. Failure to submit proof of registration within two (2) months of expiry will result in non-disciplinary suspension without pay. Failure to provide evidence within sixty (60) days of being placed on non- disciplinary suspension by the hospital will result in being deemed no longer qualified and termination from the employ of the Hospital.

Certificate of Registration. A customer who is required to register the name of its business as required by any law shall register and maintain such registration. Where a renewal certificate applies, the customer will submit a copy of the same to us and will comply with all laws, regulations and other requirements.
