License to Customer Data. Customer grants Questionmark a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use Customer Data in connection with the Services. Customer authorizes Questionmark and its Affiliates to use Assessment results and other Customer Data (including personal data) for analysis purposes and to produce aggregated data for Assessment validation, anti-cheating, security, statistical analysis and product improvement purposes, including creating or updating Benchmarks. Benchmarks and other aggregated data will not contain any information from which any individual is identifiable. Benchmarks are owned by Questionmark. Questionmark will not disclose Benchmarks or other aggregated data that include (directly or by inference) any information identifying Customer or from which Customer is identifiable to any other Questionmark customers.
License to Customer Data. Customer grants Zingle a limited license to use the Customer Data in connection with providing Customer access to the Zingle Materials.
License to Customer Data. You hereby grant Mockplus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up right and license to use, copy, access, process, reproduce, perform, display, modify, distribute, and transmit your Customer Data in connection with the Services. You acknowledge and agree that (i) the quality of the Services and the Platform depend on the uploading or another provisioning of the Customer Data into the Platform or the Services, as applicable and (ii) Mockplus will not assume any responsibility for, or undertake to verify, the accuracy or completeness of the Customer Data entered by you. Furthermore, you also hereby do and shall grant each user of the Mockplus Website and/or the Services a non-exclusive right and license to access your Customer Data posted on portions of the Services that are viewable to other users, and to use, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such Customer Data in accordance with the terms, features, and settings of the Services made available by Mockplus and any additional rights and restrictions granted by you to such users.
License to Customer Data. The Customer grants to Questionmark a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Customer Data in connection with the provision of the Services. Customer authorizes Questionmark and its Affiliates to use Assessment results and other Customer Data (including personal data) for analysis purposes as part of the Services and to produce aggregated data for Assessment validation, anti-cheating, security, statistical analysis and product improvement purposes, including creating or updating Benchmarks. Benchmarks and other aggregated data shall not contain any information on any identifiable individual or from which any individual is identifiable and are owned by Questionmark. Questionmark shall also not disclose to any other Questionmark customers Benchmarks or other aggregated data that include (directly or by inference) any information identifying Customer or from which Customer is identifiable.
License to Customer Data. You grant Campspot and its Representatives an unrestricted nonexclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, display, publish, transmit, and distribute Customer Data and any content you provide or submit in any form or medium as necessary to provide the Services to you and for Campspot’s internal business purposes, including but not limited to product improvement, benchmarking, and data analysis. Campspot may de-identify and anonymize Customer Data. Such de-identified data shall no longer constitute Customer Data or your Confidential Information and Campspot may use such de-identified data for any lawful purpose. In addition, if you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, you agree that we may use such feedback or suggestions for any purpose and without restriction or obligation of compensation or confidentiality, including without limitation to incorporate such feedback or suggestions into future versions of the Services. You further hereby grant campsites, guests and other users the right to access, view and/or use Customer Data posted through the Services in connection with their use of the Campspot website, marketplace and related services. You shall not imply that Customer Data is in any way sponsored and/ or endorsed by Campspot. Campspot may further use Customer Data, including your name, logo and images in its marketing materials, unless you specifically request in writing to opt-out of such use.
License to Customer Data. Customer grants to Twyg a worldwide, time-limited, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use Customer Data to provide the Services.
License to Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to Tierra a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify and create derivatives of the Customer Data and perform all acts with respect to the Customer Data as may be necessary for Tierra to provide the Service and generating Content to Customer, including but not limited to the processing of the Customer Data to create and make use of the Processed Data.
License to Customer Data i. Customer hereby grants Social Tables a non-transferable (except as provided herein), royalty-free (except as provided herein), non- exclusive, worldwide license to display, transmit, distribute, copy, store and/or reproduce the Customer Data on or through the Social Tables Platform. Additionally, Social Tables may use, display, transmit, distribute, copy, store, provision into and/or reproduce the Floor Plans as part of the Social Tables Platform as well as in other Social Tables’ products during and after the Term until promptly after such time as Customer requests in writing that Social Tables cease such activities with respect to any Floor Plan identified in such writing.
License to Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to Equals: (a) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty- free, fully paid up, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers), transferable right and license to copy, distribute, display and otherwise use electronic data, information, and insights related to Customer’s activity on the Platform (the “Customer Data”) solely to perform its obligations under this Agreement; and (b) a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers), transferable right and license to copy, distribute, display and create derivative works of and otherwise use the Customer Data for Equals’s business purposes, including without limitation to train and/or improve the Platform; provided, that, Equals may only share the Customer Data with third parties to the extent such Customer Data is aggregated and/or anonymized such that the identity of Customer and/or its individual clients cannot be determined by such third parties.
License to Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to Altana a world-wide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, irrevocable, limited right and license, during the Term, to access and use Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services.
