Level of Skill. SCS shall perform the Services in a workmanlike and professional manner, and with a level of skill, diligence, care and expertise commensurate with that of a skilled consultant in the field of software for support of pharmaceutical services, with expertise in implementation of such software and training in such software.

  • SPECIAL SKILLS Five percent (5%) of the employees (not less than one person) to be laid off within a class within an agency shall be exempt from the seniority factor when the State determines that there is a need for special skills. “Special skills” refers to jobs difficult to fill with a replacement except after extensive training.   • General Standard of Care The Custodian shall exercise reasonable care and diligence in carrying out all of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, and shall be liable to the Fund for all loss, damage and expense suffered or incurred by the Fund resulting from the failure of the Custodian to exercise such reasonable care and diligence.

  • Standard of Services All services to be rendered by SCM hereunder shall be performed in a professional, competent and timely manner subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors of the Corporation on behalf of the Funds. The details of the operating standards and procedures to be followed by SCM in the performance of the services described above shall be determined from time to time by agreement between SCM and the Corporation.
