Length of Vacation (Full time Employees only)‌ A full-time Employee shall receive an annual vacation with pay in accordance with the Employee's years of employment as follows: Less than one year: 84 working day for each month One year to two years: 10 working days In the calendar year of the 3rd anniversary and each year thereafter until the 12th year: 15 working days In the calendar year of the 12th anniversary each year thereafter: 20 working days Requests for vacation will be done on a seniority basis.

  • Length of Vacation 12.01 Annual vacations with pay shall be granted to employees as follows:

  • Vacation Fund It is agreed that all employers covered by the Agreement shall subtract a sum as listed in Schedule "A" herein for any compensable hour from each employee's net paycheck (after taxes) and shall pay this to a Vacation Fund as set forth herein.   • RATE OF VACATION PAY Compensation during vacation shall be at the rate of compensation as set forth for each classification in Appendix "A" which such employee would have been entitled to receive, including premium pay, while in active service during such vacation period.

  • Sick a. Except as otherwise may be provided in this Article, the Principal shall be entitled to accrue and use sick leave as provided in the regulations of the Alaska Department of Education, 4 AAC 15.040. At the beginning of the work year, the Principal shall be pre-credited with the sick leave days anticipated to be accrued during the year. The value of pre-credited days in excess of accrual shall be deducted from the Principal’s final paycheck upon termination. The Principal shall be responsible for notifying the immediate supervisor as far in advance of the use of sick leave as possible. A statement by an attending physician or health aide may be required for sick leave, at the discretion of the immediate supervisor or Superintendent.

  • Reinstatement of Vacation Days - Sick Leave In the event an employee is sick or injured prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, such employee shall be granted sick leave and the vacation period so displaced shall be added to the vacation period if requested by the employee and by mutual agreement, or shall be reinstated for use at a later date.
