Lease of Facilities. Lessor hereby leases and demises to Lessee and Lessee hereby leases and takes from Lessor the Facilities for the term and upon the agreements, covenants and conditions set forth herein.
Lease of Facilities. The County hereby leases to the Authority and the Authority hereby hires from the County, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the real property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, together with the improvements thereon, as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, and any additional real property added thereto by any supplement or amendment hereto, or any real property substituted for all or any portion of such property in accordance with this Site Lease and the Trust Agreement (the “Facilities”); subject, however, to any conditions, reservations, and easements of record or known to the County.
Lease of Facilities. The Authority hereby leases to the County and the County hereby leases from the Authority the Facilities, subject, however, to all easements, encumbrances, and restrictions that exist at the time of the commencement of the term of this Facilities Lease, as defined in Section 2.02 hereof. The County hereby agrees and covenants during the term of this Facilities Lease that, except as hereinafter provided, it will use the Facilities for public and County purposes so as to afford the public the benefits contemplated by this Facilities Lease.
Lease of Facilities. The County hereby leases to the Authority and the Authority hereby leases from the County, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the real property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, together with the improvements thereon, as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, and any additional real property added thereto by any supplement or amendment hereto, or any real property substituted for all or any portion of such property in accordance with this Site Lease and the Trust Agreement (the “Facilities”); subject, however, to Permitted Encumbrances. No merger shall be effected by the County’s lease of the Facilities to the Authority under this Site Lease, and the Authority’s sublease of the Facilities back to the County under the Facilities Lease.
Lease of Facilities a. Client agrees that the price to be charged for lease of MPT Facilities is the price set forth in the MPT standard rate card in effect on the date MPT Facilities are ordered unless otherwise agreed to in writing. See Exhibit A. The rates set forth in the MPT standard rate card are subject to change without notice.
Lease of Facilities. The BOCES does hereby lease to the Authority, and the Authority does hereby lease from the BOCES, the Leased Property. SUBJECT ONLY TO the Permitted Encumbrances. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Leased Property for the Lease Term.
Lease of Facilities. Texaco hereby agrees to lease to PathNet space on Texaco's towers and space in Texaco's equipment buildings at each site for the purpose of housing the equipment for the installation and operation of the PathNet communications equipment set forth on Schedule E, at the Facilities, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. From time to time, Schedule B may be amended to include additional Facilities of Texaco by the preparation of an "Amended Schedule B" to the Agreement, dated and signed by both parties, reflecting additional paths and Facilities and specific location information. The building layout to be used at each leased Facility is to be set forth in the mutually agreed upon design drawings. Texaco grants PathNet, unless PathNet defaults hereunder, the non-exclusive peaceful use, enjoyment and possession of the Facilities during the term, as herein contemplated.
Lease of Facilities. Unless the Members and the Joint Venture otherwise agree, if any facility of a Member Corporation (or any portion thereof) is to be operated by the Joint Venture, the Joint Venture will lease (or sublease) such facility from the Member Corporation at a fair market value to be negotiated between the parties. Any common items will be reasonably allocated. The lease or sublease of such facilities shall be documented through a lease or sublease reasonably negotiated between the parties.
Lease of Facilities. Purchaser and Seller shall enter into leases for the facilities in which Seller's business is presently located (the "Leases").
