Rate Card definition

Rate Card means a document containing prices and descriptions for various advertisement placement options available from a service sector, which sets out the minimum and maximum price of a service.
Rate Card means the document issued by a casino licensee listing the available types of wagers, payoff rates, wagering format and such other information as required by this Regulation.
Rate Card means the Publisher’s current scale of charges for Advertisements, a current copy of which may be obtained from the Publisher.

  • Nexus may provide the Advanced Services in respect of System that does not have an existing manufacturer’s warranty and support contract in place and charge an Additional Charge, in accordance with the Rate Card, if the parties have agreed to this in the Quote or Project Plan.

More Definitions of Rate Card

Rate Card means the list of standard rates set out on page one of the Booking Form;
Rate Card. Means the last issued version of the rate card setting out Call charges to be paid to the Party providing the Service. The Rate Card will be updated regularly throughout the term of the Agreement.
Rate Card means the Company’s current rate card in respect of the relevant publication including, without limitation, advertising rates and additional conditions concerning copy and cancellation dates, technical and stylistic specifications and related information.
Rate Card means the rate card of the Publisher as amended by the Publisher from time to time in accordance with clause 7.12;

Rate Card means the rate cards set out in in Appendix 10-I of Schedule 10 (Pricebook, Charges and Invoicing)) used to calculate certain Charges payable under this Agreement. Receiving Party means the Party which receives Confidential Information of the other Party.
