Landing Fee. A landing fee shall be charged to all aircraft engaged in commercial operations landing at the airport. Said fee shall be set by the Board and based upon gross weight, as deter- mined by the Manager.

Landing Fee. AIRLINE shall furnish to CITY, on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, an accurate verified report, on forms prescribed by the CITY together with a check in payment of Landing Fees for AIRLINE's operations at the Airport during the preceding month. The Landing Fee payment shall be calculated by multiplying AIRLINE's total Landed Weight for the month by the Landing Fee Rate then in effect. The Landing Fee Rate shall be recalculated annually in accordance with Section 6.06. An example of the methodology used to calculate Airline Rentals and Fee Rates using hypothetical expenses and revenues is provided in Exhibit N. This exhibit is provided for illustrative purposes only and is in no way intended to show actual Airline Rentals and Fee Rates, nor shall it be construed to represent actual Airline Rentals and Fee Rates over the period shown. The landing fee for signatory carriers for fiscal year 2005 (July 1, 2004 – June 30, 2005) is $1.71 per 1,000 pounds of landed weight. The landing fee for non-signatory carriers during the same period is $2.14 per 1,000 pounds of landed weight.
Landing Fee. Rents and fees for the use of all other facilities, rights, and privileges granted to AIRLINE, except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, will be combined in and represented by a Landing fee that is subject to adjustment pursuant to Article 9 of this Agreement. No other fee may be charged for the facilities, rights, and privileges granted under this Agreement except as provided in this Agreement.

Landing Fee. In addition to the base rent, Lessee shall pay Lessor, a landing fee charge in the amount of $3.73 per 1,000 pounds gross landing weight for Lessee's aircraft and the aircraft of Airlines affiliates which land at the Airport during the Term. Gross landing weight for aircraft shall be based on the standard certificated maximum landing weight for each type of aircraft which Lessee lands at the airport. Within fifteen days after the commencement of this lease, Lessee shall provide Lessor prior written notice of the types of aircraft it will land at the Airport during the Term and copies of the certificates showing maximum landing weights for each such aircraft. Lessee's payment of this additional rent shall include all Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) fees when applicable.
Landing Fee. Airline shall pay Landing Fees for its use of the Airfield Area based on its Maximum Gross Landed Weight at the Airport during the Fiscal Year. The Landing Fee effective July 1st of each Fiscal Year shall be determined according to the rate-setting method set forth in this Section 10.6.

Landing Fee. A. Following the effective date of this Agreement, rentals and fees for the use of the other Airport facilities, and for rights, licenses, and privileges granted to Airline under Articles 2 and 3 hereunder, except as provided elsewhere herein, shall be combined in and represented by a monthly landing fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Landing Fee"), which shall be determined: by multiplying Airline’s Total Landed Weight for the month by the annual Landing Fee rate per thousand pound unit of landed weight.

  • Cleaning Fee Tenant hereby agrees to accept property in its present state of cleanliness. They agree to return the property in the same condition or pay a $200.00 minimum cleaning fee if the Landlord has to have the property professionally cleaned.

  • Ticking Fee The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Term Loan Lender (other than any Defaulting Lender) a ticking fee (each, a “Ticking Fee”) in accordance with this Section 2.08(b). The Ticking Fee with respect to each Term Loan Lender shall accrue from (i) the later of (A) the date occurring ninety (90) days following the Closing Date and (B) the date of effectiveness of any Assignment and Acceptance or Accession Agreement, as applicable, pursuant to which it became a Term Loan Lender until (ii) the earliest of (A) the last day of the Delayed Draw Period, (B) the date on which the full amount of the Term Loan Facility is advanced to the Borrower, (C) the date of termination by the Borrower of all of the unfunded portions of the Term Loan Commitments and (D) the date of effectiveness of any Assignment and Acceptance or Accession Agreement, as applicable, pursuant to which it ceases to be a Term Loan Lender (such date, the “Ticking Fee Accrual Date”) at a rate per annum of 0.15% of the daily average of the unfunded portion of such Term Loan Lender’s Term Loan Commitment during the applicable period and shall be payable to the Administrative Agent quarterly in arrears (and on the Ticking Fee Accrual Date) for the account of such Term Loan Lender. The Ticking Fees will be calculated on a 360‑day basis.

  • Utilization Fee If the aggregate outstanding amount of (i) all Revolving Credit Advances hereunder and (ii) all "Revolving Credit Advances" under (and as defined in) the Three-Year Agreement exceeds thirty-three percent (33%) of the aggregate amount of (x) all Commitments hereunder and (y) all "Commitments" under (and as defined in) the Three-Year Agreement then in effect on such date (or, if any of the Commitments or "Commitments" have been terminated, the aggregate amount of all Commitments and "Commitments" in effect immediately prior to such termination), the Borrower will pay to the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders a utilization fee (the "Utilization Fee") at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Utilization Fee Rate in effect from time to time payable on the aggregate outstanding amount of all Revolving Credit Advances on such date, payable in arrears quarterly on the last day of each March, June, September and December, and on the Revolver Termination Date.

  • Processing Fee Borrower shall pay Lender a processing fee of $100,000, $25,000 of which has previously been paid to Lender and $75,000 of which shall be paid on the date the Loan is funded.

  • Structuring Fee In consideration for the time, effort and expense involved in the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement, at the time of the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and Prudential, the Company will pay to Prudential in immediately available funds a fee (the “Structuring Fee”) in the amount of $25,000.

  • Facility Fee The Company shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender in accordance with its Applicable Percentage, a facility fee, in Dollars, equal to the Applicable Rate for facility fees times the actual daily amount of the Aggregate Commitments (or, if the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, on the Outstanding Amount of all Committed Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations), regardless of usage, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.18. The facility fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate for facility fees during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate for facility fees separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate for facility fees was in effect.

  • Closing Fee On the Effective Date, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and each Lender all loan fees as have been agreed to in writing by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
