The ARCHITECT shall ensure that its engineers and/or other consultants file the required Interim Verified Reports, Verified Report and other documents that are necessary for the PROJECT’s timely inspection and close-out as required by the applicable governmental agencies and/or authorities having jurisdiction over the PROJECT including, but not limited to, DSA.
Specifically, timely request for special inspection under the DSA Verified Report Forms 291 (laboratory), DSA Verified Report Form 292 (Special Inspection), and DSA Verified Report 293 (geotechnical) since DSA requirements under PR 13-01 specifically gives the Special Inspections 14 days to post to the DSA website.
Consultant shall submit an interim Verified Report (form DSA 6-AE or more current form) to the DSA electronically and a copy to the Project Inspector for each of the applicable nine sections of form DSA 152 prior to the Project Inspector signing off that section of the project inspection card.
In the case of a Geotechnical engineer, the INSPECTOR shall collect a copy of the Interim Verified Report (form DSA 293) prepared by such Geotechnical engineer as applicable before the INSPECTOR can approve and sign off any of the above sections that relate to the portions of the PROJECT that were delegated to the Geotechnical engineer.
Project Inspector Verified Report: The project inspector shall comply with the requirements of this procedure effective June 1, 2013.
