Ticking Fee definition

Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).
Ticking Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.07(d).

Examples of Ticking Fee in a sentence

  • All Ticking Fees shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and shall be payable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day of the Ticking Fee Accrual Period but excluding the last day of the Ticking Fee Accrual Period).
